Tips for learning advanced asanas at Home

It streches our whole body and make too much flexible.

Today most of us are busy in the work and have no time to stretch our body that is why our muscles get tightening up and starting pain in it that's why we feel laziness and our mind is not focusing on the work due to the body stiffness, so we need to stretch our body on regular basis for about 5 to 10 minutes daily, and it helps us to make our body energetic, active, focused and fit.

Stretching helps and improves blood circulation to every nerve of our body by which our skin is tonnes up and our face looks fresh.

For beginners:

Beginners can do light stretching for about a month and hold their body for 30 seconds in each position.

1-Hal asana

2-Paschimottan asana

3-Tirkon asana

4-Bhujang asana

5-Sarvang asana

If you have a proper practice of doing these 5 asanas given above then you have to move towards advance asanas. I and not briefly telling you all about advanced stretching and asanas in the next vlog.
